Volunteers are key to the success of any nonprofit organization. The Kansas Fairgrounds Foundation is no different. Volunteers do the vast majority of the work done by the Foundation including:  Service on the Board of Directors and special committees; organizing and executing Foundation events; working the merchandise booth during the Kansas State Fair; creating relationships with potential donors; and overseeing renovation and construction projects on the Fairgrounds. The Foundation needs volunteers with a wide variety of skill sets who are willing to donate their knowledge, talents and skills to the improvement of the Kansas State Fairgrounds.
